Dear guests, we would like to inform you that the entire Aparthotel Rýbrcoul is operated using Smart technology and there is no reception desk. Booking, payment and check-in are done on-line. Booking on the desired day of arrival can be made on-line until 8:00 p.m., after that it can be arranged via telephone.

On the day of arrival, you will be sent an access code to the Safe box, which is located next to the building’s main door, where you will find the hotel card used to gain access to the Aparthotel and your booked apartment.

This way we respect your privacy, but we are always available if needed.

Check-in:

If not agreed otherwise in advance, accommodation on the day of arrival takes place from 15:00.
Check-in is entirely contactless and based on the booking, filling in the details for check-in and on-line payment you will receive an access code, which will allow you to open the Safe box with the hotel card.

Check-out:

On the day of departure, your apartment should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. If you require a departure at later time, please contact our booking department to verify whether this is possible due to the arrival of other guests.

Breakfast

Our accommodation includes not only a comfortable apartment, but also a breakfast in a form of buffet. Breakfast is served in the lounge of the Rýbrcoul restaurant, which is located right on the other side of the apartment building.

Parking

Convenient parking is provided in a covered area with a ceiling height of 2.3 meters, or in a designated outdoor parking space. Each apartment has available one parking space free, no reservation required. Parking for multiple cars for one apartment cannot be booked in advance and is only allowed based on the current occupancy of the parking spaces.

Sports equipment storage

For our sporty guests, we have a storage room for sports equipment. It is located on the left side in front of the entrance to the building. Opening of the safe deposit box is possible using the hotel card that you picked up at the Safe box upon arrival. This card not only opens the door to your apartment, but also serves to open the Sports equipment storage 

The Sports equipment storage is accessible 24 hours.

Vegan

We are pleased to inform you that during your stay with us, you can take advantage of the VegeBox service, offering a wide selection of delicious and fresh vegan meals with the option of delivery directly to your location. Pets

We are aware that many of you consider your pets to be a part of the family, but during your stay at our Aparthotel, we ask you to leave them at home, or in alternative accommodation nearby. Our main goal is to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all of our guests and the prohibition of pets has been decided with the comfort and safety of all our guests in mind. Thank you for your understanding.

Information for smokers

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Aparthotel Rýbrcoul, individual apartments, hallways, restaurant areas and other areas. In case of violation of this prohibition, you may be charged a fine of CZK 5,000.

We therefore ask our guests not to smoke in the entire Aparthotel.

There is a designated area for smokers.
